Such days will reduce annual salary proportionately but shall not affect current regular salary schedules or step/column advancement. Service for assigned days, less any furlough days shall constitute a full year of service for STRS service credit; however, salaries shall be reduced to reflect the furlough days.

If the actual funded base revenue limit (BRL) for the 2012~2013 school remains the same or increases relative to the 2011-12 BRL, the parties  return to the table with the intention of rescinding the deferred furlough day from 2011-12. The parties shall open wages and work year calendar no later than November 30, 2012, to negotiate the 2012-13 school year furlough days agreed to in the August 24, 2010 agreement independent of any other ongoing negotiations.
